Shipping  

We offer nationwide UK shipping on all items. Delivery is safe, insured and trackable. Most items will be sent via Royal Mail or another reliable courier. Information about specific costs is available on the checkout pages and will be as close to the true cost as possible, taking into account packaging as well. We aim to post within 1-2 working days of receiving cleared payment, with delivery taking a further 1-2 working days. 

Larger furniture items will need to be sent with a specialist courier. We use a network of reliable couriers and can cover the whole of the UK. Small surcharges may apply for remote areas. Once you have placed your order we will be in touch to arrange a convenient delivery time. Most larger deliveries are carried out within 1-2 weeks. 

Collection  

You can collect your orders free of charge from our home in Mid Calder, Livingston just select the pick-up option during checkout. 

Local Delivery 

We offer free local delivery on all orders within 15 miles of Mid Calder, Livingston. Further than this we offer local delivery service by courier. 

For larger pieces of furniture or high value items, delivery will be arranged on a case by case basis depending on location. Individual items requiring this type of special delivery arrangements will be clearly identified in the item page and you should contact us directly to discuss shipping costs & methods.
